A claimants survey seeks to hear from claimants, and those who have considered claiming, to get a clearer picture of their experience in relation to any UK benefits, Welsh Government and local authority support. The survey is open until 22 September:

The Equality and Human Rights Commission have launched an enquiry into the right to challenge decisions about adult social care which will be scrutinising how older and disabled adults and unpaid carers can challenge local council decisions about their social care or support in England and Wales.
The survey is open until 15th Sept 2021.
