Rebecca PearceChief Executive
Rebecca first worked with Headway Cardiff in 1996, where she ran a series of drama workshops. She was taken on as the second ever employee, working as an Assistant Coordinator until 2002. Since then she has worked for a number charities in a variety of roles, as well as within Social Services. Prior to her return to Headway Cardiff she was UK Improvement Programme Manager at the MS Society.
Lisa Lambly
Lisa Lambly Community Services Manager
Lisa is the longest serving member of the team. She began with Headway Cardiff back in 2003 as Assistant Day Centre Manager, before becoming Day Centre Manager in 2004 until the birth of her first child in 2009. Lisa took on her current role in 2015.

Calum McLoughlin
Calum McLoughlinIndependence & Wellbeing Centre Manager
Prior to joining the staff team in 2013 as a Support Worker, Calum was a volunteer on a Wednesday and Thursday. He took on his current role at the beginning of 2018. Calum enjoys skiing, snowboarding and travel.
Lucy Nott
Lucy NottFundraising & Communications Officer
Lucy joined the team in May 2017. Prior to this Lucy studied drama at the University of Kent and undertook a Masters in Sport Sociology and Ethics at Cardiff Metropolitan University. When not at Headway Cardiff & South East Wales, Lucy will most likely be found on her bike as she is an avid cyclist!
Kathryn Jones

Kathryn joined the team in January 2018 having previously worked for the Engagement and Volunteering Team at Macmillan Cancer Support. She has a degree in Theatre Design and Production from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and has also worked as a team manager on board cruise ships.
Emily Brennan

Emily has been a member of the team since 2006, initially as a Support Worker and then Assistant Independence and Wellbeing Centre Manager in 2008. Emily took on her current role at the beginning of 2018. She has a degree in Sociology.
Rhian Jones
Rhian JonesInformation & Outreach Officer
Prior to joining the staff team as a Support Worker in 2016, Rhian volunteered for a year with the Tuesday group in the Independence and Wellbeing Centre. She has a degree in Furniture and Product Design and enjoys all things creative; from photography and drawing. Rhian went on to her current role in May 2018.
Helen Jenkins

Helen has been a Day Centre Support Worker since she joined us in 2008. Helen has a degree in Textiles and her artistic skills are put to good use in her work here.
Alice Stean
Alice SteanSupport Worker
Alice joined the team as a Support Worker in July 2018. She has a background working in mental health settings, most recently in a CAMHS hospital with young people. Alice has a Psychology degree from Cardiff University. In her spare time she loves anything rugby.
Chloe Williams

Chloe returned to the team in May 2017. She has a degree in Journalism and likes walking in her spare time. Chloe was previously a volunteer and Support Worker for Headway Cardiff and has studied Speech and Language Therapy.
Helen King
Helen KingAdministration & Finance Assistant
After studying politics in Manchester, Helen moved to Cardiff and worked as an Information Officer for a carers organisation. Most recently she worked in the education sector organising training courses. She enjoys cooking and DIY.
Katie Lower
Katie LowerAdministration Assistant
Katie joined the team in May 2018. Alongside her time at Headway, Katie also works as a flute teacher and performer, playing regularly in venues and community settings across South Wales. When not at Headway, or fluting, Katie is likely to be found battling with brambles on her allotment!
Zoe Tuton
Zoe TutonPlacement Student
Zoe is in her 3rd year of Psychology at Cardiff University, and is currently spending her placement year with Headway, split between the IWC and community services teams. She enjoys baking and singing, especially as part of her A Cappella group.
Conor Harrison

Conor is in his 3rd year of psychology at Cardiff University, and is currently spending his placement year with Headway Cardiff & South East Wales, split between the IWC and community services teams. He enjoys his rugby and going to the gym, in addition to playing guitar.
