Our Independence and Wellbeing Centre helps people with acquired brain injury to practice and maintain skills. Our staff and volunteers support with this and help people keep on top of their day to day lives. It is a chance to meet up with others who share similar experiences, and exchange support, encouragement and friendship. There is a charge for this service which is often subsidised by Social or Health Services. We can help arrange this or people can choose to fund this service themselves.
Where and When
The Independence & Wellbeing Centre is run from the Recreation Hall at University Hospital Llandough every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and from Trehafod Community Centre in RCT on Tuesdays.
