Independence and Wellbeing Centre Coordinator

£28,986 – £32,566,

37 hours per week,

permanent contract,

Centre and Community based with limited home working.

We’re experiencing exciting times at Headway Cardiff and South East Wales. We’re fortunate to be expanding our service for people with acquired brain injuries and are growing our small friendly team based in our centre in University Hospital, Llandough.

We’re looking for someone who can co-ordinate our centre, ensuring sessions runs safely, smoothly, everyone’s needs are met, they have the best experience possible and get the most out of their time with us.

We don’t expect you to have necessarily worked with people with brain injury. You might have a background in teaching, stage management or the service industry. You do need to be empathetic, empowering, compassionate, highly organised, creative, adaptable, with great communication and people skills, and sound judgement and good perspective.
