Headway Cardiff and South East Wales support brain injury survivors, their families and carers. From our base in Llandough Hospital, our aim is to help people adjust to the life changing effects of acquired brain injury, minimising the negative emotional and practical consequences and maximising independence, wellbeing, health and quality of life.
